IMPROVING THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WITH EPILEPSY: a focus on neurobehavioral comorbidities

Dr Mula is Consultant in Neurology and Epileptology at the Atkinson Morley Regional Neuroscience Centre, St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Consultant in Neuropsychiatry at St George’s Mental Health Trust and Senior Lecturer at St Georges’s University of London.

Dr Mula has authored almost 200 publications in the field of epilepsy treatment and neuropsychiatry of epilepsy. His research interests include the cognitive and psychiatric effects of antiepileptic drugs, the psychopharmacological treatment of the epilepsies and the biological basis of the behavioural problems that may accompany epilepsy.

Chaired by Dr Denis Crimmins, Neurologist, the evening will commence at 6:30 pm with lite supper and drinks provided. The presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. followed by a Q&A at around 8:00 pm.
